As a woman who has lost 108 pounds, and is now considering skin reduction surgery on my thighs and lower tummy, I really appreciate this information. Working out and loosing weight can? only do so much. The excess skin does shrink up some, but it doesn't just go away. It's horrible when you have all this muscle mass, yet it's hidden by the excess skin. It's hard work to get in shape, and it would be nice to be able to see it all, and be more comfortable with my body.

I dont want to? be nosey, but how did you afford all of the surgeries? Unless your family is just blessed like that :) Im in the procress of losing 100+ pounds and I can say now I cant afford any surgeries :( I know in some cases of extreme weightloss, the extra folds of skin can pose a health risk and insurance will pay for it under those circumstances, but I doubt mine will be severe enough. Do these cosmetic surgery places allow payment plans? Thanks. :) And congrats!

Ye,losing weight? is not easy, but it is POSSIBLE. There is so many OTHER (fun) ways to lose weight.. dancing to the music (2h/day) or playing soccer with kids.. So, no need to spend hours in gym.
